## Common *questions*
How much do the programmes cost?Fees depend on the programme. Send an enquiry and I will share the fees for the programme that fits you. Optional follow-up mentoring after the career programme is available for a small fee.

Are sessions online or in person?Get in touch with your location and availability, and we will agree the format that works best.

Is this therapy or a diagnosis? No. The programmes offer educational guidance, coaching and mentoring. They do not provide medical diagnosis, psychological assessment or clinical therapy. Where it would help, I may suggest speaking to a registered healthcare or mental health professional.

Can we continue after the programme ends?Follow-up sessions are available on request for families and learners who want to keep working towards specific goals. There is no obligation to continue.

Who is the career programme for?Students, graduates and early-career professionals who want help with career direction, CVs, LinkedIn, interviews and workplace confidence. It does not offer recruitment services or guarantee employment.
